Warranty Policy – 365 days Replacement

All RhinoTech Tempered Glass comes with free screen protector replacements for 365 days from the date of purchase as per the terms and conditions mentioned below for all eligible products. The company reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. The USNs registered before withdrawal of the offer will be covered in this warranty policy.

Terms & Conditions:

  • To be eligible for free replacement, customers must register the product using the USN on our website under “Register Your Product”.

  • The USN is available on the product box (format: S-12-25-00000000001).

  • Free replacement covers cracks and chipping only. Scratches are not covered.

  • Customers can avail up to 3 free replacements within 365 days from the purchase invoice date.

  • Each replacement request must be registered separately on the RhinoTech website under ‘Claim Your Replacement’.

  • All claims are subject to verification and approval by the RhinoTech backend team.

  • The company may withdraw the offer at its own disconnected register offer will remain valid.

Steps to register the product:

1.     Customer needs to register as a user on rhinotech.co.in

2.     After registering as a user, the customer needs to login to their account and register their purchased product by clicking on section “register your product”.

3.     Once customer has submitted all requirements for product registry, the customer will receive a confirmation email and whatsapp that their product warranty has been successfully registered and is active.

Note: The customer needs to register the product within 07 days of the purchase invoice date. In case the customer does not register for the warranty within 07 days, then the free replacement offer stands cancelled.

Our backend team will Verify The Claim Details and Reason.

After approval, the replacement product will be dispatched.

  • If the product was purchased from a Physical Store, the replacement will be delivered to the Same Store.

  • If the product was purchased Online, the replacement will be delivered to the Shipping Address mentioned in the order.

Steps to claim replacements:

If customers face any issue with the product, they can raise a claim under the following reasons:

  • Damaged

  • Customer Replacement

  • End of Life (EOL)

  • Wrong Product

To register a claim, log in using the Same ID that was used for product registration.

After logging in, fill in the required claim details and submit the request.

Once the claim is submitted, you will receive a Confirmation Notification via email and a Registered WhatsApp Number for successful claim registration.

No Refunds: Warranty claims are eligible for replacement only; refunds or store credit are not provided.

Third-Party Sellers: Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered under this warranty.
