1. Warranty Coverage

Rhinotech offers a 1-year warranty on all eligible products purchased either:

Directly from our official website www.rhinotech.in, or
From our authorized dealers across India.

This warranty includes free, unlimited replacements for 1 year from the date of purchase, ensuring you receive reliable support regardless of where you purchase.

For Products Purchased from Authorized Dealers

Claims:

Please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product for warranty support and replacement requests.

If the dealer is unable to assist, you may contact Rhinotech customer support with your dealer’s invoice and product details for further assistance.

2. Warranty Terms & Conditions

Duration: Warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase (website or dealer invoice date).

Coverage:

Free, unlimited replacements for manufacturing defects or functional issues not caused by misuse.
Products must be in original packaging and in good condition (unless defective or damaged upon delivery).
Consumables (such as screen protectors) must be unused to qualify.

Exclusions:

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Products not purchased from Rhinotech or authorized dealers.
Opened tempered glass or used consumables are not covered if used.
Non-Transferable: Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.

3. Additional Notes

No Refunds: Warranty claims are eligible for replacement only; refunds or store credit are not provided.

Third-Party Sellers: Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered under this warranty.
