Returns are only accepted if you are seeking a replacement under our Replacement Policy
To be eligible for a return for replacement, products must be unused, in their original packaging (unless defective or damaged upon delivery).
Rhinotech offers free, unlimited replacements for 1 year from the date of purchase for all eligible products purchased from www.rhinotech.in or our dealor.

Our team will verify your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable mailing service, as Rhinotech is not liable for lost or stolen packages during return transit.
Once the returned product is received and verified, your replacement will be processed and shipped promptly.
There is no limit to the number of replacements you may request within the 1-year period, provided all conditions are met.
